I am a senior with a reduced sender of taste so Indian food in general is great as I can taste it! These packets are a godsend as they taste terrific and store so easily! My only critical comment would be that they state degree of heat as medium on all the packets that I've bought but they do vary a bit with some being a bit eye watering. I genuinely don’t think people understand how much of a blessing Freshoneed Australia is for Indian students living in Australia. I’ve tried EVERY single thing on the menu at this point, and not once have they disappointed. The quality, taste, convenience, everything is ridiculously good. Their Pav Bhaji is unreal, the Punjabi Kadhi tastes like proper homemade comfort food, the Matkai Misal hits perfectly when you’re craving something spicy, and the Paneer Cheese Ghotala is honestly addictive. You can tell these meals are made with actual care because nothing tastes “freeze dried”. It genuinely tastes fresh and authentic. As a student, there are days when you don’t have the time, energy, or even ingredients to cook proper Indian food, and Freshoneed has genuinely been a lifesaver. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you need until you have it. Also, huge shoutout to Avinash! He’s doing an amazing job.
