Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that all billing, shipping, and contact details are entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid delays in processing and delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases, opened products, or products that have been consumed.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A defective product
- An order that arrives in unsatisfactory condition
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
